Our main emphasis is providing network services, hardware maintenance and POS solutions.

Active Computer Services Ltd. was established in April 1995 by Jack Cross, recognising a need for an on demand, network and hardware support service for small to medium sized business in Auckland, filling a void being largely ignored by the larger established IT service companies.

Jack’s experience with providing service and support solutions to the business community spans over 20 years. Having worked as software programmer, network engineer, service manager and project manager both here in New Zealand and overseas, gives him the ability to look at servicing requirements from all angles.
